Pinch Pot Workshop

Whether you're new to ceramics or you have experience and would like to build on your skills, this workshop is perfect for you.

In our 2.5 hour workshop you will learn pinch pot techniques to make your very own mug or bowl using just your hands !  You will learn how to sculpt the clay and to apply pattern or three dimensional shapes to your piece.

You will be provided with 400g of mid fire ceramic clay and basic tools. During the workshop you will select your choice of glaze to have your work finished in.

On completion of the workshop, your instructor Kathy will glaze your work then fire it in her kiln. Work will be available for collection approximately 3-4 weeks after the workshop.  Pick up from the Gastown studio, Billy Would Shop (Hastings St) or from Studio Eighteen in Surrey, BC.

Workshops will be held at 207 W Hastings St, Vancouver.
